Engine Room Resource Management (ERRM) The course includes the topics given in the guidance regarding watchkeeping arrangements and principles as stated in Reg. A-III/1 for Engine-room Resource Management of STCW Manila Amendments / STCW 2010 . COURSE OF THE SCOPE : This course is to gain a fundamental understanding of engine room resource management and to successfully participate in leadership and team exercises, thereby displaying knowledge of leadership, managerial skills, and team working skills.
